At 99Days, we help you track your valuable items and connect you with trusted sellers. Please note:

  • Delivery and return requests are handled directly by the seller.
  • Refunds (once approved by the seller) are processed by 99Days.
  • After the return period (7 days from delivery) has expired, 99Days is not responsible for any delivery, product, or refund issues.

  • Your order will be shipped and delivered by the seller.
  • Delivery timelines, shipping methods, and fees are determined by the seller.
  • If you have questions about delivery or tracking, please contact the seller through your 99Days account.

📸 When Your Product is Delivered

  • Please immediately inspect the package and product.
  • Take clear photographs or record a video of the package and product to document its condition.
  • Keep this evidence in case you need to file a return, refund, or complaint.

🔄 Returns

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the seller’s return policy.
  • The seller is responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting your return request.
  • If the item is fake, damaged, or incorrect, create a support ticket directed to the seller through your 99Days account and include the evidence.
  • Customers are strictly prohibited from sending fake, counterfeit, or different items back to the seller during a return. Any fraudulent return attempts may result in account suspension and loss of refund eligibility.

  • Once the seller approves your return or refund request, 99Days will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually completed within 5-10 business days after seller approval.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are subject to the seller’s policy.
  • Please note: If you cancel or return order, payment processing fees incurred by us (charged by our payment gateway) will be deducted from your refund amount. These fees are typically a small percentage of the total amount paid.

📞 How to Contact the Seller

  1. Log in to your 99Days account and navigate to your order history.
  2. Select the order and click "Contact Seller" or "Create Support Ticket".
  3. Provide details about your issue and attach photos or videos as evidence.
  4. Wait for the seller to respond and approve or reject your return/refund request.

  • 99Days is not responsible for delivery delays or seller decisions regarding returns.
  • 99Days processes refunds only after the seller approves the request.
  • If the seller is unresponsive, you may escalate the matter to 99Days support for assistance.

  • After 7 days from delivery, no return requests will be accepted, and 99Days assumes no responsibility for the product, delivery, or any claims.
