📱 How Mobile Payments Work (MTN MoMo / Orange Money)

1. At checkout, choose MTN MoMo or Orange Money as your payment option.
2. Once selected, the Checkout button will appear. Click it to checkout.
3. You will be redirected to a secure payment page.
4. Enter the merchant’s mobile phone number provided OR scan the QR Code displayed to make payment.
5. Confirm the payment on your phone.
6. After successful payment, enter the Transaction ID in the provided field. (if required)
7. Finally, click the Pay button to submit your payment details.

⏳ After Payment

• Your subscription payment status will remain Pending until it is manually verified using your Transaction ID.
• Once verified by the 99 Days team, your subscription will be activated according to your selected plan.
• If your payment does not update automatically, you can call Customer Care and request manual activation by providing your Transaction ID.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Always pay using the merchant’s official phone number or QR code shown at checkout.
• Keep your Transaction ID safe; it will be required for verification.
• Verification may take 24 to 48 hours depending on transaction confirmation.
