Seller : Agreement

This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (“Seller”) and 99Days (“Platform”), and governs your use of the 99Days platform to list, sell, and fulfill products. By registering as a seller and listing products on 99Days, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

• You must be legally able to enter into contracts and operate a business in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your business, products, and taxes.

2. Product Listings

• You agree to list only accurate, truthful, and lawful products on 99Days.
• You agree not to list counterfeit, prohibited, illegal, or fraudulent products.
• If you list such products, 99Days may immediately suspend or terminate your account, withhold payments, and pursue legal action.

3. Order Fulfillment

• You are responsible for processing and shipping all orders promptly and within your stated delivery time frames.
• You must provide tracking details to buyers when applicable.
• You bear all risk of loss or damage to the product until it is delivered to the buyer.

4. Returns and Refunds

• You agree to accept returns in accordance with the 99Days Return Policy.
• You are responsible for handling customer return requests and disputes in good faith.
• 99Days facilitates refund processing once a return is approved by you.

5. Payments

• 99Days will remit payments for completed and confirmed orders minus applicable fees, commissions, or charges as per the seller fee schedule.
• 99Days reserves the right to withhold funds in the event of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal activity.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse buyers, staff, or other sellers.
• Circumvent or undermine the 99Days platform or policies.

7. Intellectual Property

• You warrant that you own or have the right to sell all products and that your listings do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 99Days, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your products, listings, or conduct.

9. Termination

• 99Days may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of this Agreement or applicable laws.
• You may close your account by giving notice and fulfilling all pending obligations.

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where 99Days operates.
