Seller : Delivery & Return Policy

As a seller on 99Days, you agree to the following delivery and return responsibilities:


🚚 Delivery Policy

  • Sellers are required to ship all confirmed orders within the processing time specified in their product listing.
  • Accurate tracking information must be provided to buyers.
  • Products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Any delays or issues with fulfillment must be communicated promptly to both the buyer and 99Days support.
  • Sellers are fully responsible for the safe delivery of goods to the buyer’s address.

🔄 Return Policy

  • Sellers must accept customer return requests initiated within 7 days of delivery if:
    • The item is defective or damaged on arrival.
    • The item is significantly not as described in the listing.
    • The wrong item was delivered.
  • Buyers are required to submit proof of issue (photos/video) when requesting a return.
  • Once a valid return request is approved by the seller, the buyer will be instructed to ship the item back.
  • Sellers must inspect the returned product and confirm its condition before approving the refund.
  • Refunds are processed by 99Days only after seller confirmation of the approved return.
  • Returns requested after the 7-day period are at the seller’s discretion; 99Days is not responsible beyond the return window.

🚫 Important Notes

  • Failure to ship orders on time or honor valid returns may result in account suspension or penalties.
  • Listing counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal items is strictly prohibited and can lead to permanent ban and legal action.
  • Sellers should handle all customer disputes in good faith and keep communication professional.
