Welcome to 99Days! We aim to provide a safe, trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers. To maintain quality and trust, all sellers must comply with the following Selling Policy when listing products on 99Days.


✅ Seller Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful descriptions of your products.
  • Ensure products are genuine, functional, and as described in the listing.
  • Ship products promptly and within the committed timeline.
  • Communicate any delays, stock issues, or delivery problems immediately to the buyer and 99Days support.
  • Honor valid return requests and cooperate with buyers to resolve disputes fairly.

🚫 Prohibited Items

You may not list, sell, or ship any of the following on 99Days:

  • Counterfeit, fake, or replica items.
  • Stolen goods or items with unclear or illegal ownership.
  • Prohibited or restricted items under local, national, or international law.
  • Hazardous materials, weapons, or dangerous goods.

Violating this policy may result in:

  • Immediate removal of the listed product.
  • Suspension or permanent ban of your seller account.
  • Withholding of any pending payments.
  • Legal action in severe cases.

💰 Pricing & Fees

  • Sellers set their own product prices.
  • A standard commission (currently 10%) is charged on the product sale price (excluding shipping) and deducted before payout.
  • Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes or legal obligations on their sales.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Accept returns for eligible cases (damaged, defective, incorrect items) if requested by the buyer within 7 days of delivery.
  • Inspect returned products and confirm the refund promptly.
  • 99Days processes refunds after the seller approves the return.
  • After the 7-day window, 99Days is not responsible for disputes.

👥 Professional Conduct

  • Maintain professional, respectful communication with buyers and 99Days staff.
  • Misleading claims, harassment, or abuse of the platform are not tolerated.
